At Leafe's, every candle poured, every 3D-printed gift made, and every sale completed at our pop-up is part of something bigger. We are a disability-owned Australian social enterprise committed to creating real, meaningful outcomes for NDIS participants in Western Sydney.
What We Do
We operate handcrafted retail pop-ups at Saint Marys Village and Westfield Penrith (Lollipop Collective), where NDIS participants gain supported employment experience in a real retail environment. This includes:
- Customer service and communication skills
- Product handling, packaging, and visual merchandising
- Cash and EFTPOS transaction experience
- Travel training and community navigation
- Goal planning and capacity building
Why It Matters
Meaningful employment changes lives. For many of our participants, working at a Leafe's pop-up is their first experience in retail — a stepping stone toward greater independence, confidence, and connection in their community.
