Shopping
Do you sell candles?
Yes. Leafe's sells hand-poured candles in a range of fragrance styles including fresh, sweet, floral, fruity, warm and luxury scents.
Do you sell wax melts?
Yes. Wax melts are available and are perfect for trying new fragrances or adding to gifts.
Do you offer bundle deals?
Yes. Candles are $35 each or 2 for $60. Wax melts are $10 each or 3 for $25.
Are your products gift-ready?
Many Leafe's products are suitable for gifting, and gift packs may be available depending on stock and product availability.
Shipping
How long does shipping take?
Shipping times may vary depending on stock availability, product preparation, order volume and courier availability.
Will I receive tracking?
Yes. Tracking details will be sent to the email address used at checkout once your order has been packed and dispatched.
Returns
What if my item arrives damaged?
Please contact Leafe's as soon as possible with your order number and clear photos of the product and packaging.
Can I return a product if I change my mind?
Due to the nature of fragrance products, change-of-mind returns may not be available once products have been opened, used or damaged after delivery.
Candle Care
How do I care for my candle?
Trim the wick before each burn, burn on a heat-safe surface, and never leave a burning candle unattended.
How long should I burn my candle?
Do not burn your candle for more than 4 hours at a time.
Supported Employment
Does my purchase support employment pathways?
Yes. Leafe's products are connected to real workplace tasks that help plan-managed NDIS participants build skills through product preparation, labelling, packaging, stock handling, customer service and online store tasks.
Is Leafe's an NDIS registered provider?
No. Leafe's is not an NDIS registered provider. Supports are available for plan-managed NDIS participants only.
Can Support Coordinators refer participants?
Yes. Support Coordinators can contact Leafe's with participant details, goals, support needs, plan information and availability.
Are participants guaranteed work?
No. Opportunities are subject to participant suitability, funding availability, location availability, available tasks and service agreement approval.
