Many of our products are made to order — crafted especially for you after your purchase. Here's what you need to know before you order.

What Does Made to Order Mean?

Made-to-order products are not pre-made and sitting on a shelf. Instead, they are created specifically for your order. This ensures freshness, quality, and the ability to personalise items to your requirements.

Production Times

Please allow 3–5 business days for made-to-order items to be produced before they are dispatched. This is in addition to standard shipping timeframes.

During peak periods (Christmas, Mother's Day, etc.), production times may be slightly longer. We'll always communicate any delays promptly.
