LEAFE'S VIP Membership Terms & Conditions

1. Membership Fee
LEAFE'S VIP membership costs $19.99 AUD per year, billed annually at the time of sign-up and at each renewal date.
2. Membership Benefit
Active LEAFE'S VIP members receive 10% off eligible purchases at leafes.com.au. The discount is applied automatically at checkout when you are logged in to your LEAFE'S customer account. No discount code is required.
3. Eligible Purchases
The 10% VIP discount applies to eligible products at leafes.com.au. Certain products, collections, or promotional items may be excluded from the VIP discount. Where exclusions apply, they will be clearly displayed on the relevant product or at checkout.
4. Account Requirement
LEAFE'S VIP membership is linked to your LEAFE'S customer account. You must be logged in to your account at the time of purchase for the VIP discount to be applied. Membership benefits are not available to guest checkouts.
5. Active Membership
The 10% discount and all other membership benefits are only available while your membership is active. If your membership expires, is cancelled, or payment fails, your VIP benefits will be suspended until the membership is renewed or reinstated.
6. Non-Transferable
LEAFE'S VIP membership is personal and non-transferable. It may not be shared, sold, or transferred to another person or account.
7. Automatic Renewal
Your membership will renew automatically on your annual renewal date. You will be notified by email prior to renewal. You may cancel auto-renewal at any time via your LEAFE'S account before the renewal date.
8. Cancellation
You may cancel your LEAFE'S VIP membership at any time through your LEAFE'S customer account. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current membership period. No refunds are issued for unused portions of a membership period.
9. Changes to Membership
LEAFE'S reserves the right to change the membership price, benefits, or terms at any time. You will be notified of any material changes before your next renewal date. Continued membership after notification constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
10. Consumer Rights
LEAFE'S VIP membership does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer under the Australian Consumer Law. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under applicable law.
