Complete our short online form. Tell us a little about yourself, your goals, and the kind of support you have in place.

Step 2 — We'll Be in Touch

A member of our team will contact you (and your Support Coordinator if applicable) to discuss whether LEAFE'S is the right fit.

Step 3 — Plan and Prepare

We'll work with your support team to understand your NDIS plan, funding, and any workplace accommodations needed.

Step 4 — Start Your Journey

Once everything is in place, we'll welcome you to the team and get started!
