Are you passionate about making a real difference in people’s lives? Leafe’s is on the lookout for dedicated disability support workers to join our team, working closely with our participants as they build skills and confidence in employment.
If you are comfortable with computers, and are driven to support others in a hands-on, empowering way, we’d love to hear from you! Become part of a team that’s committed to helping our participants achieve independence and thrive in meaningful work.

To work with us, you'll need a Certificate II in Individual Support, an NDIS Worker Check, a Working with Children Check, a Police Clearance, and a current First Aid certificate. These qualifications ensure we provide the highest level of support to our participants and create a safe, productive environment for everyone.
That’s not a problem! We offer on-the-job training to help you build the skills you need. As long as you’re comfortable with computers, have the required qualifications, and bring a supportive attitude, we’re ready to help you succeed.
This role focuses on supporting participants as they gain practical job skills and work experience. You'll assist them with daily tasks, offer guidance on projects, and help them navigate real-world challenges in employment settings. By providing encouragement and one-on-one support, you’ll play a key role in building their confidence and workplace readiness. It’s a dynamic, hands-on position that’s perfect for those who enjoy empowering others and creating real opportunities for growth.
At Leafe’s, we believe in fostering growth, not just for our participants but for our team as well. You’ll receive ongoing support, training, and resources to help you succeed. Our collaborative environment ensures that you’re never alone—there’s always someone to help guide you or answer questions.
If you’re excited about joining a team that values growth, collaboration, and hands-on support, we’d love to hear from you. Submit your interest below, and let’s see how you can become a part of Leafe’s mission to empower our participants through meaningful employment experiences.
If you’re ready to take the next step, Peter and the team at Leafe's are here to guide you, offering a wealth of experience and a deep understanding of the challenges and rewards that come with building your own future.
