Cancellation Policy

At [LEAFE'S], we value our time and commitment to providing quality services. To ensure fairness and efficiency, we have established the following cancellation policy:


1. Standard Appointments:


  • Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment.


  • If less than 24 hours’ notice is given or the appointment is missed (no-show), 100% of the service fee will be charged.


2. Remote Support Appointments:


  • Cancellations for remote support must be made at least 12 hours before the scheduled session.


  • If less than 12 hours’ notice is given or the session cannot be completed due to client unavailability, 100% of the service fee will be charged.


This policy allows us to maintain availability for all clients and uphold our commitment to quality service.


To cancel or reschedule, please contact us as soon as possible.
